AVYLOA Limited (Reg. No. HE 498569, Palaion Patron Germanou 11, 8011 Paphos, Cyprus, "AVYLOA", "we", "us") is the controller responsible for the personal data described in this policy. This page explains what data we collect through avyloa.com, why, and what rights you have. It is written to be accurate and readable, not to bury the details in boilerplate.

Data collected through the contact form
When you use the contact form, we collect the name, email address and message you provide. This data is used solely to respond to your enquiry and, if a business relationship follows, to prepare a proposal or agreement. The legal basis is our legitimate interest in responding to enquiries directed at us and, where a contract may follow, taking steps at your request prior to entering into a contract (Art. 6(1)(b) and (f) GDPR). Contact form submissions are processed by Netlify, our hosting and forms provider, and are kept only as long as needed to handle the enquiry and any resulting business relationship, after which they are deleted.
Analytics (Google Analytics 4)
We use Google Analytics 4, a service provided by Google Ireland Limited, to understand how visitors use this site (pages viewed, general location, device type). This is not enabled by default: the tracking script only loads if you click "Accept" on the cookie banner, and nothing is set if you decline or make no choice. The legal basis is your consent (Art. 6(1)(a) GDPR), which you can withdraw at any time by clearing your browser's local storage for this site or by contacting us. Data collected this way may be processed by Google outside the EEA, under Google's standard contractual clauses. We do not use Analytics to identify individual visitors, and we do not sell or share this data with unrelated third parties.
Cookies and local storage
Aside from a small local storage entry used to remember your cookie choice, this site sets no cookies unless you accept analytics cookies. No advertising or retargeting cookies are used.
Hosting
This site is hosted by Netlify, Inc. Standard server logs (IP address, browser type, request timestamp) are generated automatically by any web server for security and reliability purposes, and are not linked to your identity by us.
Your rights
Under the GDPR, you have the right to:
- Access the personal data we hold about you
- Request correction of inaccurate data
- Request deletion of your data
- Restrict or object to certain processing
- Request a copy of your data in a portable format
- Withdraw consent at any time, where processing is based on consent
- Lodge a complaint with the Office of the Commissioner for Personal Data Protection, Cyprus (dataprotection.gov.cy)
