AVYLOA took over the complete online marketing in September 2026: website, SEO, AI visibility, Google Ads, tracking and local listings. This page shows the starting point, what we found, what we changed and what has measurably moved so far. All figures come from Google Search Console, Google Analytics, Ahrefs and Semrush, with the date of each measurement.

The starting point

Our first audit in September 2026 showed a business with a strong reputation and a weak online foundation:

  • Domain Rating 0.7 in Ahrefs, 13 organic keywords and roughly 29 organic visits per month
  • No mentions in AI answers such as ChatGPT or Google AI Overviews
  • A backlink profile with many low-quality links the business never asked for
  • Google Ads running every month without reliable conversion data

What we found

The most important finding was not visible from the outside: the tracking did not measure what mattered. Google Ads was optimising towards a signal that did not reflect real enquiries, and Analytics was not collecting usable data. Budget decisions were therefore based on numbers nobody could trust.

The audit also showed technical warnings, outdated business details in some directories and website texts that repeated themselves instead of answering the questions guests actually ask.

What we changed

  • Rebuilt Analytics and conversion tracking so that only real enquiries count, and tested every form end to end.
  • Cleaned up the backlink profile with Google's disavow tool and keep checking new links as they appear.
  • Rewrote the main housing and location pages in plain language, keeping every fact.
  • Optimised the home page for the most important local search term, with a clear headline, description and internal links from the guides.
  • Added an AI-readable site summary (llms.txt), cleaned the sitemap and made sure search and AI crawlers can reach the site.
  • Set up a daily review routine: every departed guest gets a personal message with a direct link, prepared as a draft and sent by the team.
  • Checked the business details on Google, Apple Maps, Bing and OpenStreetMap and started correcting outdated directory entries.

Results so far

The full retainer started in October 2026, so these are early results. We will update this page as the numbers develop.

  • Rankings: between 9 September and 9 October 2026, the three most important local search terms moved from positions 3, 5 and 7 to position 2 each (Ahrefs Rank Tracker).
  • Site health: Semrush Site Health rose from 88 % in early September to 94 % with zero errors, Ahrefs Health Score holds at 100 (crawls of 18 October 2026).
  • Data: since 17 October 2026, Google Ads optimises on verified enquiries, and Analytics records visits reliably again (after consent).
  • AI visibility: The business now appears in Google AI Overviews for all three core searches we test, after zero AI mentions in September.

What comes next

The next steps are measuring which channel each booking comes from, fixed quarterly targets for enquiries and cost per enquiry, more presence in the communities US service members actually use, and steady local link building. The aim stays the same: more direct bookings at a known cost, measured instead of guessed.
