None of the other services mean much without a reliable way to see whether they work. Yet in many audits we find tracking that was installed once and never checked: forms that are not counted, conversions that count page views instead of enquiries, and reports nobody reads.
We set up and maintain the tracking behind your marketing, test it with real submissions, and report on it in plain language rather than a wall of numbers.
Who this is for
Businesses that spend money on ads or a website and cannot say how many enquiries it brings. Businesses whose Google Ads account optimises towards a conversion nobody has verified. And owners who receive reports full of charts but still do not know what to do next.
What is included
- Google Analytics 4 setup or review, with key events for the actions that matter to your business
- Conversion tracking for contact forms, calls, WhatsApp clicks and bookings, tested end to end
- Clean transfer of conversions to Google Ads and other ad platforms
- Search Console and Google Business Profile data included in the picture
- Consent-based tracking: no analytics cookies before a visitor agrees
- A monthly dashboard with your targets shown as traffic lights, from enquiries and bookings to cost per enquiry, sent as a PDF at the start of each month with a short note on what happened and what we will do next
- A quarterly review of goals and figures as the basis for the next plan
How we work
We start with an audit of the existing setup. Every form is submitted as a test, every call and WhatsApp button is clicked, and we check that each action arrives exactly once in Analytics and in the ad accounts. Only then do we compare figures and draw conclusions.
We hold our own site to the same standard: on avyloa.com, Google Analytics only loads after a visitor consents, and every enquiry through the contact form is measured as a key event. Client tracking is built the same way.
What it looks like in practice
In the audit of a serviced accommodation business, the conversion that Google Ads used as its main bidding signal turned out to count page views instead of submitted contact forms. A captcha error, a script delay and a theme bug had stopped real form submissions from being recorded. After the fix, only genuine enquiries count as conversions, so the campaigns optimise towards real leads.
For the same business we then built a monthly dashboard. Enquiries, bookings and new Google reviews are counted automatically and compared with the targets agreed for the quarter, and paid search is shown as cost per real enquiry for each campaign.
Frequently asked questions
Is consent-based tracking less accurate?
Visitors who decline are not counted in Analytics, so the numbers are lower than the real traffic. In the EU, analytics cookies generally require consent. We report the figures as they are and point out where consent affects them.
What does the monthly report contain?
Three pages: your targets with traffic lights (for example enquiries, bookings, booking rate, cost per enquiry and new reviews), Google Ads by campaign, and website and search figures compared with the previous month. A short note explains what changed and what we do next. You can open it online at any time and receive it as a PDF at the start of each month.
Can you work with our existing Analytics account?
Yes. We review and clean up what is there instead of starting from scratch, so your historical data is kept.
This is one part of AVYLOA's all-inclusive retainer, not a standalone package sold on its own. Every engagement starts with the same audit-first process described on the how we work page, then a service mix built around what your business actually needs. Reliable data is the basis for paid advertising, SEO and strategy.
