Paid campaigns can produce fast, measurable results, or they can quietly burn budget on the wrong searches and audiences. The difference is rarely the ad text. It is whether the account measures real enquiries, whether campaigns are separated by intent, and whether someone looks at the search terms every week.

We set accounts up properly first and only then scale spend.

Who this is for

Businesses that want predictable enquiries now, while SEO and local visibility build up, and businesses whose existing ad account spends money without a clear picture of what it returns.

What is included

  • Account audit or new setup for Google Ads, Microsoft Ads and Meta Ads (Facebook and Instagram)
  • Conversion tracking that is tested end to end, so only real enquiries and calls count
  • Campaigns separated by intent, for example brand, core services and competitors
  • Weekly search term reviews, negative keywords and budget pacing
  • Bidding strategy chosen by data volume, not by default settings
  • Monthly reporting on spend, enquiries and cost per enquiry

How we work

We do not recommend a single euro of extra spend before tracking is verified. Next comes structure: when brand searches, core searches and competitor searches sit in one campaign, the brand quietly subsidises everything else and the numbers become meaningless. After every bulk change we reload the account and check that the new values really saved. Copied campaigns are checked line by line, because copying can reset bids to defaults without warning.

What it looks like in practice

In one Google Ads account, form conversions had not been counted correctly, so nobody could see which searches actually produced enquiries. We repaired the form tracking, split the account into brand, core, competitor and expansion campaigns and added a dedicated campaign for the most important product terms. Only real enquiries now count as conversions, which is the basis for any later switch to automated bidding.

Frequently asked questions

What budget do we need?

It depends on your market and goals. We recommend a starting budget after the audit, and you decide. Ad spend is paid directly by you to the platform.

Do you also run Meta and Microsoft Ads?

Yes. Microsoft Ads is often cheaper per click, and Meta works well for visual offers and retargeting.

How quickly will we see results?

Usually within the first weeks, once tracking is clean. Bidding automation needs enough conversion data before it makes sense.

This is one part of AVYLOA's all-inclusive retainer, not a standalone package sold on its own. Every engagement starts with the same audit-first process described on the how we work page, then a service mix built around what your business actually needs. Reporting ties directly into analytics and reporting. Landing pages come from website design.
