Every channel needs material to run on: web pages, blog articles, ad copy, social posts, graphics and short videos. Most small businesses either do not have the time to produce it or end up with generic text that could belong to any competitor.
We produce that content in-house, based on what your customers actually search for and ask, in the voice of your business and in line with your positioning.
Who this is for
Businesses whose website still has the texts from the day it went live, whose social media depends on whoever has time that week, or whose ads run with the same two images for months. Also businesses that already publish a lot, but see little of it in search results or enquiries.
What is included
- Website copy: service pages, landing pages, location pages and FAQs
- Blog articles planned from keyword research and real customer questions
- Ad copy and ad creative for Google, Microsoft and Meta campaigns
- Social media posts and graphics in your brand style
- Short-form video editing from your own footage for social media and ads
- Google Business Profile posts with matching images
- An editorial plan for the next three months, agreed with you
How we work
Every piece starts with research, not with writing. We look at what your customers type into Google, what they ask by phone or message, and what competitors already cover. Facts, figures and rules are checked against the original source before they appear in a text. Each draft is written for one clear purpose, for example answering a question, explaining a service or getting an enquiry.
Nothing is published without your approval. Once content is live, we check in Search Console and Analytics whether it is found and whether it leads to enquiries, and update or merge pages that do not perform.
What it looks like in practice
For a serviced accommodation business, we rewrote the main housing and location pages. The old texts repeated the same area descriptions several times and used generic filler phrases. The new versions kept every fact, link and button, removed the repetition and answered the questions guests actually ask. Layout and structure stayed the same, so nothing else on the site had to change.
Frequently asked questions
How often should we publish?
Regularity matters more than volume. For most small businesses, two useful blog articles a month and a steady rhythm on one or two social channels are a realistic start. We agree the rhythm in the quarterly plan.
Do we have to approve everything?
Yes. Every text, post and video is shown to you before it is published, and nothing goes live without your approval.
Can you work with our existing photos and brand?
Yes. We start from the material and brand guidelines you already have and only suggest new photos or graphics where something is missing.
This is one part of AVYLOA's all-inclusive retainer, not a standalone package sold on its own. Every engagement starts with the same audit-first process described on the how we work page, then a service mix built around what your business actually needs. Content works hand in hand with SEO, social media and brand and design.
