An online shop has to do the work of a good shop assistant: show the product properly, answer the obvious questions, take the payment and remind people who left halfway. Most small shops lose sales at one of these steps without noticing.

We look after the marketing side of your shop, from product data and checkout to Google Shopping, Meta ads and the emails that bring customers back.

Who this is for

Small businesses that sell online or plan to: makers, studios and retailers with a few dozen to a few thousand products, on Shopify, WooCommerce or a similar system. Also shops that already run ads but cannot say which products actually earn money after ad costs.

What is included

  • A shop review: product pages, navigation, search, checkout steps and the mobile view
  • Product data: titles, descriptions, sizes, materials, care notes and photos that answer buyers' questions
  • Google Merchant Center: a clean product feed for free product listings and Shopping ads, with feed errors fixed
  • A product catalogue for Facebook and Instagram, the basis for shopping posts and dynamic ads
  • Payment options and shipping information that match what your customers expect
  • Abandoned cart and post-purchase emails, sent only with consent
  • Purchase and revenue tracking in Analytics and the ad platforms, tested with a real test order
  • A check whether marketplaces make sense as an extra sales channel

How we work

We start with a test purchase on your shop, on a phone, the way a customer would. Every problem we run into is written down with a screenshot. Then we fix the product data, because Google, Meta and AI shopping answers all read from the same information. Ads come last, once purchases are measured correctly, so that every euro of ad spend can be traced to orders.

Legal texts for distance selling, such as the right of withdrawal, terms and shipping conditions, are part of our checklist. Where the wording needs legal judgement, we recommend that a lawyer reviews it.

Frequently asked questions

Which shop systems do you work with?

Mostly Shopify and WooCommerce. For other systems we start with a short review of what can be changed and by whom.

Do we need Shopping ads to appear in Google Shopping?

No. With a product feed in Google Merchant Center, products can also appear in Google's free listings, for example in the Shopping tab. In the EEA, free listings have largely disappeared from the main search results since September 2026. Ads add reach on top.

Do you take the product photos?

We plan which photos are needed and work with your own pictures or brief a photographer.

This is one part of AVYLOA's all-inclusive retainer, not a standalone package sold on its own. Every engagement starts with the same audit-first process described on the how we work page, then a service mix built around what your business actually needs. Online shops build on paid advertising, email and automation and analytics and reporting. Our guide to Google Merchant Center for online shops explains the setup and the product data Google expects.
